The Circular Path continued...

When you are satisfied that your path is following the curves correctly, double click the 'work path' and save it as 'path 2'.

You will be able to convert the path into a selection (running ants) so that you can work in it at any time by clicking on the selection button on the bottom of the path palette.

More Practise!

Since I am such a nice obliging person ;), I have provided an 'S' image so that you may practise the knowledge that you have picked up from the previous pages. You will need to get the hang of swinging the handles in different directions to follow the curve. Ensure that the path is created on it's own layer in the paths palette.

Once you are finished, play with the 'direct selection' tool again and the various pen tool options until the path follows the edges perfectly.

You should be a pro by now and rearing to try the next image...
