This is what I did continued... general notes in black, my notes in blue...

Second layer 'layer 0 copy 2'

I used Rough pastels (my favourite filter!)

• Once finished with that layer and you are happy with the changes, change it's name like you did with the previous layer. I called mine 'rough pastels'.
• Toggle the seeing-eye off on that layer and move up a layer by toggling it's eye on.
• Proceed with a different effect.

Third layer 'layer 0 copy 1'

I used a minor distortion and used the glass filter for the final layer.

Don't forget to change the layer's name...
