We continue to improve our service and listen to customers to provide an incomparable service. Bubinga produces contemporary furniture to a high quality. We have used our experience as a bespoke furniture maker to create beautiful contemporary dining tables and chairs, coffee tables, sofas and loungers. Our diverse product range continues to grow and now includes bedrooms from Casavida, bespoke luxury rugs from i2k and the full range from Content by Conran. Bubinga are focused on designing in the UK, manufacturing in the UK and retailing high end contemporary furniture at an affordable price. Bubinga was born out of desperation at seeing the majority of designer contemporary furniture sold at extortionate prices in a lot of stores and websites. We thought "how are people selling furniture, that is not so great quality and at over inflated prices?" The final line was crossed when our main designer was enquiring at one of his local stores about a piece of designer contemporary furniture. 'We can't mention the stores name but we can just mention that despite their name they don't 'sell-fridges'. The sales representative approached him and asked if he liked the modern glass coffee table which was marked with a £1200 price tag, "Can I help you sir, do you like this piece?" Our designer did like the look of the table, but not the quality of it and certainly not the price tag, so after telling this to the assistant he was replied to with, "Why are you even at this store if you’re not willing to pay the price for a 'quality' designer modern glass coffee table?" "Do you think you could make it better quality and cheaper yourself?" "If you do, then why don't you?"
